utterly lovely stay!

The self check-in was so straightforward. I got the door code right away! the room was neat, i noticed that immediately. i appreciate that the staff answered my questions on whatsapp swiftly, they are responsive. the room had great light. I admired the backyard with chairs.
i must admit, the walls seemed a bit thin, i could hear some noise.

this location is very near the city centre, wonderful. i saw several bus stops right by the hotel, so getting around is simple. walking to the city centre took me only about 30-40 minutes, it was perfect.

Dorothy's warmth, her smile, and ralph (her dog!) made the mornings playful and happy. I adored that. dorothy's service was special, she seems a treasure. i found everything nice and wonderful, like being at home.

The ensuite bathroom was a definite plus. The water pressure in the shower was GREAT!!! The room included tea and coffee making facilities. I found the self-check-in process to be really smooth and easy.

The location was ideal since it was close to everything.
The shower head holder was broken in my room, so I had to hold it while showering. A lamp also did not work, and the light cover was cracked (maintenance seems lacking). The bed was squeaky. I could hear every move I made.

The check-in process was really simple. the kitchen was well kept with amenities like a stove, pans, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, and freezer. It was like a home away from home (i appreciated that). i also found parking easy and free.
i noticed the bathroom had quite a few spiders, and the water was only lukewarm. the wifi did not work properly either, a bit frustrating. other guests knocked on the front door for 20 minutes.

communication with the hosts proved straightforward, ensuring clarity regarding check-in details and more. the staff had a very cute and nice atmosphere. the pin code for the main entrance and door arrived on time.
