i found the staff very friendly. they cleaned my room daily even though my stay was short. the location proved perfect, giving me easy access to everything i wanted.
i had to pay extra to use the swimming pool, which i didn't expect. the cost of accessing the pool wasn't mentioned before i booked my stay. this was a nasty surprise, unexpected charge. the bedroom felt very hot. the provided fan was unfortunately too small for the room, inadequate fan.

The room lacked a hairdryer or a fan. The bed mattress felt tired. Maintenance attempted to enter the room twice before the late checkout time to fix the window, despite knowing i was still there.

lovely viewabrupt attitude
The location provided Lovely views. The rooms were clean and fresh, AND included shower gels and plenty of tea and coffee. The staff WERE friendly and professional, going the extra mile. Their team work was excellent, and staff off-shift helped colleagues, it was like they enjoyed working there.
Upon arrival, i feel i was ignored. i was told the dining room may not be open as advertised, AND if i was late, there probably wouldn't be anything left, this surprised me. THE receptionist attitude was very abrupt and not helpful.
