The staff offered helpful service when I arrived late. My room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast had a great selection to choose from. The restaurant had good food. our dog received a welcome gift upon arrival.

the room was a decent size the bed was very comfy breakfast was plentiful the staff were fantastic. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room it was super clean when i arrived i found this very reassuring. the upgrade to a queen size bed was a pleasant surprise it added extra comfort to my visit

The staff provided friendly, helpful service. The room was exceedingly clean and it had everything I required (even an iron and ironing board!). I found the bed comfortable, and I really loved the breakfast choices. I helped myself to as much as I could eat.
I had to pay £6 a day for car parking. This seemed pricey for this location.

the shower had little water pressure, even when fully turned. the breakfast service ended thirty minutes early! also, the bedding was not changed after i informed the housekeeper about an accident, pretty gross.
