lovely stay
really good breakfast clean room great location good value
i've stayed here before and each time the breakfast is excellent. the room i had was clean and cozy. being so close to the beach meant morning walks were easy, which i enjoyed. you might need a car to explore, given the distance to the city center.
the shower in my room had limited pressure, a bit inconvenient.

street crossing dismissive response
The breakfast had a good variety, satisfying different tastes.
My room faced some sort of street crossing, so there was noise all night long (closing the window didn't help much). The receptionist's comment was to shut the window. I found the response rather dismissive (it reminded me of they didn't care).

The staff was consistently helpful and polite. I found the breakfast selection excellent, with many choices available. The room provided had ample tea and coffee making facilities. I liked the convenient bus stop located just outside the hotel for easy travel.
The shower had slightly poor water pressure (it felt more like a gentle stream).

Breakfast had many options including cooked-to-order items. Staff were friendly and efficient offering local information about bus routes. The bar area provided a diverse food menu with steaks and Mexican options. I found the baby back ribs very satisfying.
The shower pressure was slightly weak in my room, but it wasn't a major issue.

The reception staff was notably efficient and accommodating. The room had daily cleaning services. The hotel's location next to a bus stop made public transport very accessible for island exploration. The proximity to the beach and nearby stores was also very convenient.

i found the staff very friendly i was given an upgrade to a bigger room too it had a side sea view the free breakfast was a bonus i thought all staff were very friendly
the service was not good enough during check out i mentioned issues from the bar the meals were taken off for one night i was still forced to pay i expected an email about this but i didn't receive anything
