the staff were VERY friendly. my room included A twin room, i liked it a lot. the republique metro stop was right outside, it made things easy.

the walls were very THIN. i heard conversations from next door. the spiral staircase was steep.

The location was very convenient. A metro station was right in front of the building.

The room was not well soundproofed. I could clearly hear the metro running beneath the building, quite disruptive at night. The bathroom was also outdated. The shower had inconsistent water temperature. It alternated between hot and cold unexpectedly.
