the location was great , with easy walking distance to the cathedral.

WORSE, demolition work occurred right outside the hotel with constant LOUD banging throughout the day. the room was small and the breakfast uninspired.

the location is definitely a plus. I could easily walk to the cathedral and various shops. On-site parking provided security for my vehicle at eleven euros per night. The front desk service was attentive, and my laundry was quickly taken care of.
