check-in happened smoothly. i found the staff very friendly AND helpful, which i appreciate. the location IS GREAT with easy access to several metro lines. it made exploring the city convenient for me. the reception operates around the clock.
soundproofing was not ideal , and i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

i found the staff cute from arrival to departure , they attended to every need with a warm smile. the breakfast buffet was a good start to each day , with fresh pastries and many options. the proximity to two metro stations made exploring the city effortless , a great convenience. the hotel's location near shops and restaurants offered a variety of dining choices.
my room, while clean , felt somewhat small , especially the bathroom , , made moving around a bit challenging.

Excellent Stay near Gare du Nord

The hotel is near a mainline station. I found many indian and turkish restaurants in passage brady. The metro to gare du nord has two stops from the hotel. The staff organized some champagne, flowers and desserts for my sister's birthday.
The soundproofing to the corridor was not good. It was loud when people closed doors or talked nearby. The soundproofing was bad and i could hear anyone who walked or spoke outside our room.

The room was very clean. the location is so close to the metro, it was easy to get around. the staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that!
The room was small. There was not enough space for luggage on the floor. the elevator only worked from the first floor. i had to carry my luggage up there.

The soundproof system WAS bad. I could hear people walking and speaking outside my room.
