i found a good location for exploring the area. my room was clean, the bed was comfy. breakfast cereal was available, a nice touch. i really liked that.
the room got really hot during night. it wasn't comfortable. i think that could be fixed.

The hotel sits right next a bus stop which makes moving around easy. botanical gardens is near. walking to several tour buses are possible too. It is convenient.

the room was bright and airy. the ensuite bathroom was very super clean. the water temperature in the shower was amazing, and i appreciated the two fluffy towels. the location in the queens quarter is very convenient.

I found the bathrooms and rooms were clean. the rooms were spacious i liked the easy check-in process. the shared lounge kitchen area was nice, i appreciated the convenience! cereal was provided for breakfast. This was a nice touch.
it was so cold at night, and the walls are thin. i could hear someone from the next room!

the bed were VERY satisfying. i slept good . i was able to heat food downstairs. tea and coffee was available for me to use in a shared kitchen area.
i do not like that the shower and toilet were not on the same floor. i had to go up and down the stairs at NIGHT to use the toilet. i just would not stay in this hotel again.

Communication with the guesthouse were excellent. self check in were fast. staff was VERY cute, they were ready to help me with questions and directions. Everything were smooth.
