convenient location comfy beds clean room
The location was convenient! it was so easy to walk to everything i wanted to see and do. the beds were seriously comfy, and i slept like a log. i really appreciated how clean the room was. It felt fresh and inviting!
i wish there was someone at the front desk, as it took a bit to reach someone when i needed assistance.

the room included windows that open and this provided good ventilation the location is near the royal crescent and the city center is easily accessible. a bus stop is right in front of the building providing easy access to transportation.
i found only one glass in the room and some cups needed better cleaning

i found the location quite convenient. it was just a short walk to the city centre. the bus stop right outside made travel easy. the free wifi worked well, and i appreciated the wardrobe space.
the phone chargers in the room didn't work properly.

The provided toiletries were so appreciated! They restocked coffee supplies each day, a really thoughtful touch. Location was amazing, very close to everything. The bus stop was conveniently located right outside, a super handy feature for getting around.
One minor inconvenience was only one roll of toilet paper provided for my stay, needing a bit more.

surprisingly good experience!
great location free wifi
the location was really great and just a few minutes walk from the city center. the room was very clean, and i found the wardrobe space quite useful for hanging my coats. the free wifi worked well also, a definite plus for my needs.

clean room soft linen great location food choices
Our double room was super clean. the linen felt new and soft against our skin. we enjoyed the hotel's location. There was a convenient bus stop nearby. the short walk into town was really nice, with many places to grab food nearby.
the shower pressure wasn't very strong.
