friendly staff nepalese food blocked plug firm pillows
The staff were friendly. The restaurant food was great. I enjoyed the delicious Nepalese options. My room was clean and also tidy.
My shower plug was blocked. Water filled the shower tray. I also found the bed uncomfortable and the pillows firm.

friendly staff modern bathroom
The staff insisted on carrying my suitcase from the car to the room. It was a very nice gesture. the room was clean and a good size. A modern bathroom featured a shower, fluffy white towels, and toiletries.
i wasn't informed of possible early closures!

blocked plug uncomfortable pillows
The pub was friendly and busy. That is a good sign.
the shower plug was blocked (imagine that!). the shower tray filled with water. the curtains needed hanging properly. i thought the bed and pillows were not comfortable.
