central location tea coffee selection homemade biscuits ground floor room high humidity excessive noise
The location is PERFECT for exploring. I appreciated being so close to the roman baths. A nice selection of tea and coffee plus home-made biscuits were available in the room. The bed linen felt lovely.
My room was located on the lower ground floor. This room felt humid. I could also hear a lot of noise from people coming and going.

mixed experience due to noise and room issues
unacceptable noise levels claustrophobic room
the location was convenient.
The noise levels were unacceptable. Sleep was impossible. i could hear every conversation from a nearby bar until 1am. the room itself, a "superior double room," felt misrepresented. it was actually located in the basement without natural light, causing a claustrophobic feeling. staff activity beginning at 6 am near the room also disturbed sleep.

perfect location room air conditioning single room strong draft sash window noise issue
the location was perfect it was close to everything i wanted to visit the hotel did not have central air condition but they installed a single room a/c it worked perfectly i appreciated the cool room
the single bedroom bed was against the wall next to a single glazed sash window a strong draft came through the room backs onto the smoking area to a bar i could hear everyone's conversations word for word until 1am
