The location suited me perfectly. It was wonderfully close to everything I needed. The entry instructions were straightforward, and the cleanliness was perfect. Everything I needed for my short stay was there. It seemed like a tender embrace after a long journey.
The room was very small. I felt it was overpriced given the size. There was no space to sit except on the bed. The sink in the bathroom was also tiny.

The room had warmth, including facilities for making tea. a fridge. Coffee and tea options were plentiful and milk also was available. Many towels and extra shampoo sat in the bathroom. Entry and departure arrangements occurred with efficiency. I found the bed and pillows very comforting and enjoyed the television.

The hotel stands within a short, simple walk of the Lyric Theatre. I also accessed the Ulster Museum, Botanic park, and Botanic train station without trouble. I found the city center a manageable distance away. It was easily reachable on foot or by bus.

The shared kitchen had meticulous cleanliness and included everything one could need for breakfast. Preparing simple meals was possible with two hobs or ovens available. A microwave and dishwasher were also at hand. Made everything even easier.

The room was super clean and very homely. There were lots of personal touches that I found thoughtful. I would definitely stay again. The location was perfect for my needs.
The room is called 'de-luxe', but I thought it was somewhat claustrophobic. The guests upstairs were noisy. I probably won't choose a guesthouse next time.

the room i stayed in felt somewhat small. there was a noticeable damp smell in the room. i could also hear noise from other occupants.
