The room had separate shampoo and conditioner. Body lotion was also provided. fresh tea and coffee were available daily, and i liked this. the room included a large tv, ironing board, and iron.

it was slow, and if someone else entered, i could not select my floor from inside. I needed to exit and choose the floor from outside. My room was near the shaft, not ideal at night.

The room was very spacious with a beautiful view across the city. I really enjoyed the separate shampoo and conditioner provided. Fresh tea and coffee were available in the room each day. I found this a good touch.

The gym lacks variety in its equipment.

the room was clean and nice. the staff was lovely and helpful. breakfast was good (i appreciated the waffle station).

The dining area resembled a canteen. It lacked a proper lounge. there was a bar next to reception, but seating was limited, and the pillows were uncomfortable. your head sank into the middle, offering no support, made sleep difficult.
