The room had separate shampoo and conditioner. Body lotion was also provided. fresh tea and coffee were available daily, and i liked this. the room included a large tv, ironing board, and iron.

The elevator system was not good. it was slow, and if someone else entered, i could not select my floor from inside. I needed to exit and choose the floor from outside. one elevator door on my floor made metallic noises when closing and opening. My room was near the shaft, not ideal at night.

The room was very spacious with a beautiful view across the city. I really enjoyed the separate shampoo and conditioner provided. Fresh tea and coffee were available in the room each day. I found this a good touch.

The gym lacks variety in its equipment.

Breakfast offered a good selection of foods. The freshness of the ingredients and the variety available was a wonderful aspect of the morning service. Seating arrangements were comfortable.

The hotel featured a modern designwith an inviting environment. I was happy with the provision of an ironing board and an iron in the room. Leaving our luggage after checkout was very convenient.

There is a bus stop close to the hotel. I discovered several bus lines passed by regularly. A supermarket nearby added convenience for picking up any necessities I might have needed .

limited seating uncomfortable pillows

the room was clean and nice. the staff was lovely and helpful. breakfast was good (i appreciated the waffle station).

The dining area resembled a canteen. It lacked a proper lounge. there was a bar next to reception, but seating was limited, and the pillows were uncomfortable. your head sank into the middle, offering no support, made sleep difficult.
