informative staffcrumbling floorthin wall
the staff was informative. they gave recommendations and let me know everything about madeira. the accommodation was clean too
the bed would be way to small, really. the floor was crumbling with concrete stuck to the bottom of my feet. i could hear snoring and all movements through thin walls. ear plugs, indeed are needed.

The staff was friendly. That's true enough.
The room was a bit of a letdown. the walls were paper-thin. Every cough and conversation from the next room sounded like it was happening right next to me, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing! sleep quality suffered due to the constant noise from the street.

The location was fantastic (a short walk to attractions). The staff was very helpful and accommodating with luggage storage both before and after check-in. The room was very comfy and tidy. It had everything I needed for my short stay.
The shared bathrooms needed some maintenance. One of the showers did not have a door and plugs were prone to blocking. There was no floor mat so the floor got wet.

The guest house provides complimentary water upon arrival, a kitchenette (perfect for preparing simple meals), and good water pressure in the shower. There is also air conditioning for warmer days. The location benefits from having a tram stop right outside.

The location was quite central! it was so close to many places i wanted to see. my room was bigger than the pictures. It included a kitchen. the fridge and stove were available for use. i found the staff to be super friendly and helpful.
the bathroom facilities weren't great, there was no shower door. the plug was also prone to blocking. water would go all over the floor, and no handiwork was available to dry hands.

the guesthouse is located very close to many attractions and restaurants! it is also near public transportation, including metro and tram lines. the cathedral is just a short walk from the front door.

The reception staff was helpful with directions and recommendations! they also offered luggage storage after checkout, which i appreciated. staff members were accommodating and responsive to requests. I was impressed.

the location was good, near many places i wanted to visit.
the room i had was quite noisy. i could hear sounds from outside and also from other rooms (it was hard to sleep). also, there was only one electrical plug, inconvenient because i needed to choose between using the heater and charging my phone.
