i appreciated the cleanliness of the room. the included amenities, like the free water bottle, were useful. the staff was friendly and accommodating (i especially liked that they allowed us to take a towel to the beach). i found the internet connection reliable.
i noticed that the surrounding area felt a bit unsafe at night. carrying luggage up the stairs was difficult.

The location was convenient. It was near metro and streetcar lines. Many restaurants and grocery stores were nearby. I found Asian restaurants and shops, including the Portuguese norms. The guesthouse was renovated with a streetcar theme.
The guesthouse entrance was not easy to find! and a bigger sign would help guests locate it more easily.

the guesthouse is near bus stops so travel was easy. the staff were friendly and cute which i liked. the room was clean and cozy too.
the street felt unsafe at night it had dark streets. i felt a lot of noise from other guests as if they were in my room. the shared bathroom was far from my room and very uncomfortable.
