outdated carpetcold room
the room felt quite outdated, with a carpet that looked like it was from another era. the radiator didn't seem to work properly, so the room got pretty cold during the night. i think they might turn off the heat, because i checked the radiator and it was definitely off. also, the area around the hotel seemed a bit dirty.

the staff were helpful. they were friendly too. the location was right in the middle of everything, a huge plus. we did not need taxis, due to the central position.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear music and stomping above, though it didn't disturb sleep. a random person knocked and entered our room unexpectedly, so ensure doors are fully locked!

breakfast costed 14 euros. there was complimentary coffee at the reception area. a coffee room allowed you to get water and coffee all day. you could refill your water bottle.

the hotel is very close to dam square and shops. canals were also nearby. the tramline is across the road. this allowed for quick and easy visits to museums.

the front desk was very helpful. you could leave your luggage there. the staff were helpful with every request. farah, abir and yulia, in particular, stood out.

The location was amazing.. i could walk everywhere. the staff was always ready to help, a really nice touch. free coffee and tea were available all day in the lobby. It was super convenient after a long day of exploring.
the stairs were pretty steep, it made getting my luggage up a challenge. the carpet in the hallways seemed a bit old and could use replacing. my room faced the street, and the noise from the trams was quite noticeable early in the morning.

the location it's fantastic. walking to many places was quick. the breakfast has a great selection. tea, coffee, and water are available anytime. the staff was courteous and helpful.
