i enjoyed the central location. friendly staff were present. the room was quite clean, which i found good. i missed breakfast one morning because i had to leave early for the airport! the staff prepared a tray for me to take to my room the night before. it was so kind of them
the hotel does not have a hairdryer in the room. the absence was a little inconvenient. i had to ask for one at the reception.

the reception desk is manned 24 hours a day. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. they also provided extra towels upon request and were quick to address concerns i had.

the hotel is just by westermarket. several trams serve the area, including direct lines from central station. many shops and restaurants are within a short walking distance. it is very close to the anne frank house.

the location is great. i really appreciated the staff taking our suitcases up the steep stairs (it was a lifesaver!). the building has unique traditional dutch decor.
the room was very small (i felt a little cramped). the stairs to the reception are very steep. i thought paying a deposit for the tv remote was a bit strange.

the staff was very cute. i found a supermarket across the canal from the hotel, allowing me to easily get water and other necessities at a reasonable price. the hotel is very close to the city center and the anne frank house.
the stairs were somewhat challenging to climb.
