i found early check-in a true blessing after my journey. the room offered a haven of cleanliness. its location allowed gentle strolls through the city, a quiet escape in the heart of everything.
the bathroom lacked a small in-room bin, a detail that would have. i had to use the bathroom one, this proved slightly inconvenient.

The location prove quite convenient, especially for accessing public transport.
The room size cause some issue, it felt quite cramped. The bathroom was oddly constructed, a pre-fabricated plastic unit, it didn't feel up to par. the lack of soundproofing meant noise from the hallway was rather bothersome throughout my stay.

The hotel is near the city centre (about 10 mins away). our canal view room, though simple, was very clean and well kept. the staff was helpful and attentive. They were happy to discuss the city and recommend the best places to see (which helped us plan our short trip).
i asked reception to refill the shower body wash on two separate mornings before it was actually done. the luggage tag stayed in the corridor for two days (i felt it indicated a lack of attention to detail).
