i really enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and the easy access to public transport.. the bus stop is just outside and takes you straight to centraal station, so that was convenient. i could also reach the staff easily with the telephone in the room. i appreciate the provided amenities like shampoo, body wash and lotion.

the room had good windows that allowed plenty of natural light, it was very clean and modern. essential amenities were available, including a coffee machine and a safe in the cabinet, so this was great. the towels were fresh and clean too.

the staff were helpful and friendly, and they were available 24/7, so that was reassuring. when i found the bed too firm, the reception arranged for housekeeping to add a mattress topper. this made a significant difference to my sleep.

i liked the hotel has a restaurant and bike hire is available. public transportation is very easy to use to reach the hotel, so getting around was not an issue. it.
