I found the noise levels quite challenging. It seemed like i was right above a busy burger joint, the music went on until quite late. the music really pulsated through the bed, it started around midday, so peaceful moments were scarce. it took five nights before i could even switch rooms, honestly that's not good enough. also, there were some basics missing. Like a trash can and, more importantly, a properly working fire alarm.

the staff moved me to a superior room. the location provided easy access to many attractions. the restaurant nearby served eggs benedict (it was really good).
my initial room on the ground floor picked up a lot of street noise, particularly late at night.

the location of this hotel is excellent. i found it very close to major attractions. i appreciated being able to walk to most destinations from here. the staff were friendly and helpful with directions.
the coffee capsules in the room were an extra charge. i was surprised by this detail.
