Acceptable Hotel Near Transportation
good breakfast helpful staff dated furnishings noisy street
The staff were helpful. Breakfast was good with a variety of options and the dining room staff were lovely. The location is also convenient, a short walk to the metro station. This made getting around simple.
The furnishings are dated. I saw some homeless people outside. This was a bit unsettling. The street was also noisy. I recommend bringing earplugs. The window did little to block the noise.

unsafe area ammonia smell
The hotel's immediate surroundings felt unsafe. I encountered several people using drugs right outside the entrance. This made entering and exiting the hotel quite unpleasant. Inside, the room was not what I expected. The stair carpet was worn, and a strong ammonia smell permeated the bathroom throughout my visit. This was a very negative point.

Central Stay with Hearty Breakfast

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It included a good variety of food items and was served until 10:00, which I found very convenient. My room was a nice size and quite spacious. it had a big bathroom with a tub. I REALLY appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and wine, it was a nice touch. The air conditioning worked GREAT.
I found the windows a bit difficult to open and close. They seemed rather loose, and I could hear street noises pretty easily at night.

The hotel is close to the National Theatre, a bonus for my trip. I also found it easy to walk to shops and some grocery stores from here. Everything was really convenient.

My room included all necessary amenities, and the daily room service kept things very clean. A separate sunroom offered a place to relax. Slippers, a toothbrush, and toothpaste were available.

The staff made sure to have some breakfast bags ready for my early departure to the airport. They were very accommodating and friendly. I felt quite welcomed .

There was a balcony attached to my room. This space provided a nice spot to enjoy the surroundings. The overall facilities met my expectations for a comfortable visit.
