The staff were helpful. Breakfast was good with a variety of options and the dining room staff were lovely. The location is also convenient, a short walk to the metro station. This made getting around simple.

The furnishings are dated. I saw some homeless people outside. This was a bit unsettling. The street was also noisy. I recommend bringing earplugs. The window did little to block the noise.

The hotel's immediate surroundings felt unsafe. I encountered several people using drugs right outside the entrance. This made entering and exiting the hotel quite unpleasant. Inside, the room was not what I expected. The stair carpet was worn, and a strong ammonia smell permeated the bathroom throughout my visit. This was a very negative point.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It included a good variety of food items and was served until 10:00, which I found very convenient. My room was a nice size and quite spacious. it had a big bathroom with a tub. I REALLY appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and wine, it was a nice touch. The air conditioning worked GREAT.

I found the windows a bit difficult to open and close. They seemed rather loose, and I could hear street noises pretty easily at night.

The hotel is close to the National Theatre, a bonus for my trip. I also found it easy to walk to shops and some grocery stores from here. Everything was really convenient.
