convenient location helpful staff cleaning service
i found the location very convenient to explore local restaurants and sights. the staff was really helpful with directions and suggestions. the room had a mini fridge that i used to keep water and snacks cool. i appreciated the daily cleaning service which kept the room tidy
the air conditioning unit seemed old and struggled to cool the room effectively during the hotter parts of the day i found this inconvenient

small shower stall poor soundproofing
the staff were friendly enough . the location was also acceptable.
the bathroom was a disaster. the shower stall was so small it was hard to move. i also noticed the lack of soundproofing was a real problem. i heard every little noise from the hallway and other rooms, preventing restful sleep.

helpful staff walkable location superb coffee
staff was nice and always willing to help. location was great for walking to different spots. a coffee shop nearby had really good coffee. the room had a nice local street view, which i liked.
the bathroom was small, the shower unit felt a bit cramped.

A Quiet Retreat Close to Everything
excellent location friendly staff nice balcony
The hotel's location was excellent. I easily walked to many attractions (the National Garden was especially beautiful). The staff were cute and always ready to help with directions (or just a friendly chat!). My room had a nice balcony. I enjoyed sitting there in the evenings.
The elevator was a bit slow, but it was manageable.
