The location proved very convenient. I could easily access many shops and restaurants. The room was spacious (it was great for moving around). The balcony was a nice addition.
The staff at reception were not very helpful (I was hoping for a warmer welcome). The room lacked a mini-fridge. The TV only offered local channels.

this meant long waits. the room needed A better cleaning. i found hair in the bathroom walls, not mine! the shower drain was clogged.

The hotel's central location was helpful. It was easy to get around the city.
Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as I expected. I noticed hairs on the bathroom wall, quite off-putting. the shower drain was clogged, and it seemed no one had bothered to clean out the hair, so water pooled during my shower.
