the staff were helpful with any questions i had regarding the room or breakfast. the breakfast really set me up for the day with a wide selection. the room offered an amazing river view and was very comfortable.
the single iron available for the whole hotel was sometimes inconvenient.

the breakfast on the terrace had a fabulous river view. the team was very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect and close to various restaurants. the hotel is within walking distance of the bus tram and train station
the iron availability was limited as there was just one for the whole hotel. i think this could be improved with more irons available . it would add to the convenience

The location is amazing. it is very close to the metro station. It makes airport transfers so easy! the free coffee and tea all day were a total bonus. we loved the breakfast and its lovely view. It made mornings special!
