acceptable location , but some issues
central locationbathroom moldunderwhelming breakfast
the location was central to the restaurant zone.
the bathroom had mold , the hallway carpeting looked very dirty , and breakfast was underwhelming for the price. i found the noise levels unacceptable , continuing until 2am.

superb stay downtown
great locationspacious roomlovely character
we stayed five nights. the location is great. the room was spacious and clean. the staff helped greatly on map explanations of sites. the character of the hotel is lovely.
it wasn't ideal at all. the options available at the breakfast were very limited. the creaky floors are noticeable, and rugs stained.

The location was superb. It was very easy to access many attractions. the staff were helpful and courteous. the room was nice and neat (i liked the updated bathroom).
the air conditioning unit did not work effectively, only functioning as a fan. the noise from the street was noticeable, even with the windows closed. i found the breakfast arrangement, requiring a pre-order form, somewhat inconvenient.

a slightly underwhelming stay
faulty air conditioninglimited breakfast
the air conditioning did not work properly. the room got uncomfortably warm, and it remained this way for the entire duration of the stay. I also had issues with breakfast, it was not buffet style. You had to pre-order with a form, and some of the options i did not like.
