The food was very nicely done.
I asked for an iron, but the only one available was broken. The receptionist said she would find another but never returned! I waited 45 minutes and asked the housekeepers. They were kind enough to bring one.

I found the service inconsistent . The staff seemed overwhelmed during check-in , and my invoice never arrived by email. The room was also quite small . There was barely enough space to store luggage and no proper wardrobe , only a small rack.

i found the staff amazingly friendly, nice, and accommodating! the hotel had a fun vibe and felt nicely cared for. i'd recommend it for a modern stay.
I didn't appreciate the fact that my request for a nice message was acknowledged but nothing happened when i surprised my friend. appliances were not working. The fridge specifically, but i was too bummed to care anyway.

The breakfast service was excellent. You have to ask for the room rate. The waiter can get stroppy. the front desk was helpful, though, and the cleaning staff seemed cheerful, they seemed a credit to the team.

the rooms are well laid out with comfortable beds and high quality linens, really. the rooms are compact, but they work, and beds are comfortable and the shower and bathroom worked well. the water pressure was solid.

My room was clean. i liked that it had a window i could open. the location was convenient to the subway. It helped me get around. the staff was nice.
the fire alarm woke me up twice . i think residents should be fined for setting them off. also, shampoo wasn't provided in the room. the rooms felt small to me.
