the room it felt really small, there were no good places to store my clothes. also, there werent no public rooms unless you count the dining room, but that thing were closed except for breakfast time.

karina and the staff were very helpful . when i felt unwell, they checked on me and even brought me tea. i left my documents behind (a big mistake, i know!) but the hotel held onto them for me, providing great peace of mind. the room itself was quite charming.
the stairs felt narrow. it made moving luggage a bit difficult.

the staff provided luggage holding before check-in, a very convenient service. the team consistently maintained attentiveness to guest requests, as i saw them addressing queries at the front desk. karina's dedication really stood out.

The staff were helpful. They gave me directions to nearby attractions. The room had a mini fridge and a safe. This was convenient for storing drinks and valuables.
The room was SMALL. There WAS some noise from the street at night. I COULD hear other guests moving around. The bathroom separator was a glass door, and it lacked soundproofing.

my room included a very functional work desk. The hotel provided slippers and toiletries. The location was very central, and i did appreciate that.
My room view looked directly at a wall. I found the stairs a bit narrow and awkward. it's true, the RECEPTION felt a bit cramped.

I must say, the location was superb. We didn't needed a car for anything. The staff are friendly. The breakfasts had variety. The beds felt firm, a important thing for my back.
The rooms, yes, the rooms lack soundproofing, which allowed noises to travel easily.
