a romantic urban hideaway
accessible location genuine care complimentary coffee
I found the location quite accessible to many attractions. the staff showed genuine care ensuring i had maps and directions. i really enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby each morning. It added a special touch.
the street noise at night was a bit intrusive and disrupted my otherwise peaceful sleep. i suggest better soundproofing for street-facing rooms.

the front desk staff helped me with directions and recommendations for local attractions. they also managed to arrange a late check-out which was a huge help, allowing me to explore a little more. i appreciated their kindness!!!

The staff interactions were excellent. They were really nice! The location is amazing, offering easy access to everything! I found the rates to be super fair. It was a fantastic value! The facilities were clean. It felt very refreshing.
The carpet felt a bit worn. I would have preferred slippers.

friendly staff great location poor lighting noisy air conditioning
the staff was friendly. the location was great, near the bus and train stations. the hotel provided all the essentials i needed. it worked well for a couple of nights stay.
the room was not well-lit, it felt gloomy even during the day. the air conditioning was noisy when i tried to adjust the temperature. it was quite distracting.

a decent stay downtown
friendly staff great location exposed pipes loud traffic
The staff were friendly and helpful, i found that to be a real positive. the location was also great. It allowed me easy access to several restaurants and attractions. i liked that the hotel had two restaurants and a liquor store right below. the air conditioning in my room worked very well, a relief.
my room seemed a little tired, i noticed some exposed pipes. there was also a bit of mould on the window blinds which i didn't care for! the sound of traffic was loud all night as my room was on the 2nd floor. it made it impossible to sleep well even with earplugs.

The hotel's location made it easy to reach attractions. Public transport was easily accessible. The hotel has three restaurants and bars attached (I tried one, and it was quite good).
The room size felt quite small.

i liked it was very close to many venues. we went to the vogue and it was a short walk. there was parking nearby in a parkade. dining options are available in the hotel.
