convenient location waste bags varied options
The hotel offered a first-floor room, near an exit. This was convenient for taking my dog out. A dog area with waste bags was also available nearby. The breakfast had many options (i especially liked the fresh fruit!).
The front desk area was messy at times.

lumpy bed dirty bathroom
the bed was not good. it felt very lumpy. the bathroom wasnt clean and the lighting was bad. the front desk area seemed messy. they kept making drinks for themselves instead of helping guests at breakfast. it was a bad experience.

ample spaces helpful staff walkable restaurants
The hotel offers convenient parking with ample spaces available. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff present at the front desk. My room was close to many walkable restaurants and stores (that was definitely a plus!).
The elevators were noticeably slow, i think they need attention.

The front desk staff seemed very friendly and eager to help with directions. They promptly addressed any questions I had. They also offered helpful suggestions for local dining.
