i had a premium king ocean view! it had very nice views of the harbour and mountains. the room was updated. it was comfy!
the coffee maker was old! the toiletries in the bathroom were terrible. i think there was no free parking .

friendly staff convenient location excellent restaurant
the staff was friendly and accommodating. the hotel location was convenient. the hotel restaurant offered an excellent experience. it was walkable to the waterfront.
the coffee maker in the room looked old. the toiletries in the bathroom were of low quality.

the hotel restaurant provides a great dining experience. i received a complimentary fruit plate from the chef. the team offered plates and utensils from the restaurant for in-room use.

the staff displayed warmth and were cute upon my arrival. the checking process was excellent, a detail i very much noticed. the housekeepers were personable and willing to assist.

wonderful stay!
free parking king size bed downtown location
The hotel provides free parking which is super convenient. the room included a king size bed with amazing comfort. the location is so convenient. I could walk to many downtown attractions.
The ice machine was out of service. It was inconvenient.

The hotel is right in the heart of the downtown area. It provides very easy access to the waterfront and many shops. i found many restaurants within walking distance which was wonderful. public transport is also easily accessible.
