I found the staff consistently helpful and friendly. The location is convenient for accessing nearby amenities. I especially valued the walkable distance to many attractions. The proximity to the ocean is also a distinct advantage.
The elevator felt a bit slow during peak hours but it was manageable.

generally positive stay
great location friendly staff old carpets thin windows
the location was great. it was a short walk to the beach at english bay.. i really enjoyed the easy access. the staff at the front desk were cute and friendly whenever i needed assistance.
the hotel could use some upgrades. i noticed chipping paint and old carpets, feel a bit dated.. some updated charging ports near the bed would be convenient. the windows were old and thin, so there was often wet fog on them.

loud air conditioning outdated lift
the location was good for exploring. it was close to many attractions.
The room had some issues. i found the air conditioning unit to be really loud. also, the lift felt unsafe. The hotel seems quite outdated and needs refurbishment..

clean room short walk necessary amenities
the hotel is close to stanley park. a bus stop is a short walk from the hotel, so accessing other parts of the area is easy. the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities (i especially liked the coffee maker).

a lovely stay
fantastic location comfortable bed added touch
The location was fantastic! i adored the views from our window and balcony. It felt so romantic. the big room and comfortable big bed were perfect. coffee pods and the coffee machine added a touch of luxury, which i really appreciated.
the sounds from outside sometimes carried in, a very slight distraction.

Several fabulous restaurants and bars were nearby. This allowed us to explore the area easily and i loved how convenient it was. Being so close to many attractions seemed like a dream.

The team serving us in the restaurant was so warm and cute. I felt so cared for and seen. there were awesome options available for us to eat. I loved the wholesome meal and thoughtful service.

I liked that it was next to the bus station. there were many dining options nearby. I found some great places. the staff were helpful, and the location felt safe. my room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
the light switch for the bathroom turned on the hallway light! though it did wake up the other guest.
