The hotel's location was GREAT. I found it very walkable to many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful . The room had a coffee maker and microwave, convenient.
The hotel seems OLD and in need of updates. My room lacked bottled water and the refrigerator was empty. I noticed the windows were dirty.

the location was great. it was a short walk to the beach at english bay.. i really enjoyed the easy access. the staff at the front desk were cute and friendly whenever i needed assistance.
the hotel could use some upgrades. i noticed chipping paint and old carpets, feel a bit dated.. some updated charging ports near the bed would be convenient. the windows were old and thin, so there was often wet fog on them.

the hotel is close to stanley park. a bus stop is a short walk from the hotel, so accessing other parts of the area is easy. the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities (i especially liked the coffee maker).

a lovely stay
fantastic locationcomfortable bedadded touch
The location was fantastic! i adored the views from our window and balcony. It felt so romantic. the big room and comfortable big bed were perfect. coffee pods and the coffee machine added a touch of luxury, which i really appreciated.
the sounds from outside sometimes carried in, a very slight distraction.

Several fabulous restaurants and bars were nearby. This allowed us to explore the area easily and i loved how convenient it was. Being so close to many attractions was like a dream.

I liked that it was next to the bus station. there were many dining options nearby. I found some great places. the staff were helpful, and the location felt safe. my room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
the light switch for the bathroom turned on the hallway light! though it did wake up the other guest.
