I found the location central. A metro station right outside made getting around very easy. The staff were so accommodating and very friendly. I felt welcome. I enjoyed having a delicious breakfast included each morning.
The AC in my room did not function properly and this made the room stuffy.

the hotel is in a great location close to rossio square! the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations. i especially liked that breakfast had good coffee. they helped arrange a day tour i enjoyed.
the tv lacked international channels, though this wasn't a major issue.

breakfast was included and offered many choices. the front desk staff recommended and set up an excellent day tour that we really enjoyed.
the air conditioning was very loud so i needed to change rooms and even the new room was not sufficiently heated. the furniture and bathrooms looked old and the bathtub lacked a stopper.

the hotel location is central and i could walk to most places. public transportation options were readily available right outside. the staff provided excellent directions and suggestions for local spots. the room included usb charging points next to the bed, very convenient.
the noise from the street was noticeable even with the windows closed so sleep was sometimes difficult
