i found the room very clean. the shower was excellent with good water pressure. the location is convenient with the metro station nearby. a very good italian restaurant is also located close to the hotel.
The walls seemed a little thin. I could hear some noise from nearby rooms.

the staff offered early check-in for us. they also decorated our room for our honeymoon, a very nice gesture. the team seemed very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The street near the hotel felt a little unsafe late at night.

the staff were approachable and friendly. real soundproof rooms and high levels of cleanliness were present in the room. i enjoyed the balcony facing a typical portuguese neighbourhood with lemon and orange trees (a slice of life).
the location was not the greatest, though it is close to the metro station. the room was small, only the bed could fit in. water pressure was very low and the toilet seat needed to be changed.
