The breakfast was very good. Lots of choice and quality, i thought! the location was easy for exploring the city. the room was clean, the staff pleasant and helpful.
The air conditioning was not working well. It was hot at night. there were no hand towels, which i found inconvenient.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities

The location is excellent, with easy access to the metro. I appreciated the Lidl supermarket right across the street for groceries. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They provided assistance whenever I needed it.
I found the ironing facilities on the lower level to be inadequate. The board was small, and the iron was dirty. This area needs an upgrade for a better experience.

The breakfast had amazing Portuguese tarts, and they catered very well to gluten-free needs. Fresh orange juice was available and the staff made sure the breakfast service remained pleasant for all guests, even with a busy dining room.

The room was smaller than I anticipated. Storage was not helpful. I found no coffee facilities or a small fridge in the room. the shower base was slippery, so I had to use my flip-flops to shower. It was frustrating.

Excellent Location and Service

The breakfast had great variety and freshness. I especially enjoyed the fresh orange juice and good coffee. Pancakes, different cheeses, fruits, and croissants were available every morning. The location is very good near the center and a metro station. I found many bars, cafes, and restaurants in the area. The hotel also has a bar with drinks at reasonable prices.
The room was a bit small. It felt a little limited.

The location worked very well. It had very friendly and helpful staff members. The room condition was good. Rooms were cleaned every day without reminders.
The room was smaller. I did not find the storage available helpful. The shower base felt very slippery and presented a concern.

The location was superb with easy access to the metro, so I quickly explored the city. The supermarket across the street was very convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks. I appreciated the kind gesture of receiving ice for my knee injury each evening at the bar. Front desk and housekeeping employees were accommodating.
The room was a bit smaller than I expected (I had a lot of luggage).
