I found the staff helpful and friendly. They really made a difference. the common area and kitchen were great assets. I used them frequently. my room could easily accommodate four people and the bathroom was especially clean. the location worked well, offering proximity to key spots in the area.

I found the staff to be very friendly and cute. The facilities were REALLY good and WELL maintained. Car parking was available onsite. The location proved convenient with good access to transport.

the hotel features a snooker table in the lobby. nearby restaurants provided convenient dining options. the breakfast was good , offering decent value for its price. the location allowed for easy sightseeing , i appreciated being able to start my day quickly.
the hotel room lacked a kettle , which was not convenient. this made it difficult to have hot drinks in the room.

the staff were polite. the communal areas seemed satisfactory and included a decent selection of snacks.
the air conditioning did not function . i contacted reception about this issue. there was no follow-up or resolution, i found this unacceptable. the location felt unsafe to walk around at night. there were several homeless people in the street, and it smelled unpleasant.
