Central Stay Near the Port
great location amazing view
location proved unbeatable for getting around, the proximity to restaurants and shops was a real bonus. my room faced the port, the view was consistently amazing. the staff spoke very good english, they were helpful with directions.
the breakfast selection was basic. there were very few warm options available, not ideal for longer stays. the lift did not reach the ground floor, this made carrying luggage up the first set of stairs difficult.

the room provides a decent size. the insulation worked well to block street noise. the shower includes several settings. there are basic toiletries provided, a hair dryer is also available in the room to use.

Fantastic stay near the old port!
harbor view fresh food helpful staff
I stayed in a cocoon double room old port view. It had amazing views of the harbor! The breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the variety of fresh food. The staff was very nice and helpful. They called me when my room was ready early!

difficult projector awkward bed
the projector used as a tv was not intuitive at all it took a while to figure out basic functions the bed while stylish was also not practical it was high and awkward to get in and out of a traditional bed frame would have been better

perfect location public transport secured hotel
the location are perfect with the best view. public transports are very close, also restaurants and markets! arriving from the airport was convenient! the hotel has been secured and safe!

Excellent stay at the Old Port
central location helpful staff juice machine soundproof windows
The location is central, right at the harbor (a real advantage). The staff was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast offered fresh pastries and an excellent juice machine for making orange juice. The soundproof windows and air-conditioning ensured a quiet, comfortable room.
I found the room a little smaller than expected.

mixed feelings about the stay
wet dog central cooling system
the staff was helpful, they went the extra mile.
the towels in the room smelled like wet dog, that was not nice. also, i couldn't adjust the air conditioning because it was a central cooling system. this was very inconvenient.
