great locationamazing viewbasic breakfast
location proved unbeatable for getting around, the proximity to restaurants and shops was a real bonus. my room faced the port, the view was consistently amazing. the staff spoke very good english, they were helpful with directions.
the breakfast selection was basic. there were very few warm options available, not ideal for longer stays.

I stayed in a cocoon double room old port view. It had amazing views of the harbor! The breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the variety of fresh food. The staff was very nice and helpful. They called me when my room was ready early!

the projector used as a tv was not intuitive at all it took a while to figure out basic functions the bed while stylish was also not practical it was high and awkward to get in and out of a traditional bed frame would have been better

The location is central, right at the harbor (a real advantage). The staff was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast offered fresh pastries and an excellent juice machine for making orange juice. The soundproof windows and air-conditioning ensured a quiet, comfortable room.

the staff was helpful, they went the extra mile.
the towels in the room smelled like wet dog, that was not nice. also, i couldn't adjust the air conditioning because it was a central cooling system. this was very inconvenient.
