prime location comfortable bed
I found the location in vieux port excellent. proximity to sights and public transport was great. i especially appreciated the warm, cute staff. Hanan was particularly friendly and helpful. the bed was comfortable, and the shower offered great pressure with hot water.

harbor sunsets
rooftop terrace kind staff harbor view
i so loved the rooftop terrace. it had such views of the harbor, such a perfect place for an evening glass. the staff are so kind. also breakfast on the terrace was so divine.
the shower design really let water go everywhere in the bathroom it was a thing.

staff was super friendly, they showed real care. they gave help with luggage and provided quick check-in too. i felt very at ease.

helpful staff air conditioning low shower pressure bad smell
the staff was very helpful i could walk to restaurants and shops nearby. the hotel offers air conditioning and i found that very useful
the shower pressure was low the water temperature regulation was difficult. i noticed a bad smell in the corridors

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
small room inadequate towels
The room was small. It felt quite cramped. The towels were not good. I found the shower head quite BAD. It was fixed to the wall and didn't point correctly. Water leaked EVERYWHERE.
