basic stay near nyhaven
small room missing tv
the location was convenient, situated just a short walk from nyhaven.
the room felt quite small, barely enough space to move around. also, the lack of a tv in the room was a real disappointment, i really missed having one.

I stayed in a premium single room. It was clean. the bathroom had great space. the bed was comfy. the hotel's location is excellent, very close to the main thoroughfare.
The elevator only fits one person. This could be limiting for some guests.

small elevator bed discomfort
The elevator was too small. It could only fit one person at a time. the bed was like i was constantly sliding off of it, not comfortable at all. soundproofing was an issue too. I could hear everything happening in the rooms next to mine. it really impacted my ability to relax and get a good night's sleep!

the staff were nice (i loved their recommendations!). the hotel is ideally placed near a main station. i could easily leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out, it.

The staff was helpful. They helped print out some important documents. housekeeping was also very kind . the location is central. It provides easy access to many attractions. i liked that i could open the window in the bedroom, this was a plus.
i wish the room had a mini fridge. the rooms get warm. this would have been convenient for storing drinks and snacks.

the hotel offers free wifi. there is also a bar, i watched the em final with other guests there. the staff looked after my cases for a few hours after checkout. they spoke excellent english.

the hotel is in a great location. the metro from the airport is a short walk from the hotel. nyhavn and the main canal are very close. the hotel is on a quiet street.

Breakfast included a lot of food. It kept me going for the entire day. the cafe only has skim milk and oat milk. i just had coffee and croissant for breakfast. the hotel breakfast looked lovely.

I recently spent four nights here. The hotel's location is excellent. Everything felt very accessible. The metro was just a short walk away, offering easy access to the city. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I found a variety of great restaurants nearby. It made dining out very convenient.
