the staff was helpful. rooms were clean and quiet.
i found the price per night really high for what i got. i realize it was higher due to a conference at bella center, but public transportation is good. next time, i will stay in the city center instead and just commute daily to the conference center.

the staff seemed very FRIENDLY and ready to help. i found the colors in the room and elsewhere lovely. the bed was also comfortable. i appreciated the location.
the a/c in my room did not work. i reported it but i did not think the service was adequate. this impacted my stay significantly.

the hotel is very close to the metro station it is about 250m away. the staff were helpful with directions and information about the city. breakfast was fresh and tasty i appreciated the early start time at 6:30.
the room was small there was no minibar for drinks. the corridors were dark and not very inviting i found the dark green carpet to be quite dull.

The location was quite convenient. The metro station was very close.
I found a couple of issues . firstly, the room cleaning was not thorough. I noticed the floor wasn't properly vacuumed. secondly, the breakfast selection was very limited, especially regarding fresh fruits. The options felt quite basic.

The hotel's proximity to the arena was really convenient for attending the ateez concert. the walk to the arena was short, and a quick train ride took us to the city centre. i got a high floor corner room. It had lots of natural light. the lobby and bar area had free tea, coffee, and water fountains, which i enjoyed each evening.
The parking facility wasn't great. Parking spaces seemed too small. i had to spend 30 minutes parking to avoid scratching the car. it was a hassle!

Staff members set up a baby crib with sheets in our room. It was ready when we arrived late at night. this was helpful, especially when trying to get the baby to bed. i found this level of preparation AMAZING!!!
