The staff was very helpful and friendly. The system for checking in and out was easy. The location was great for accessing the Plaza Mayor and nearby restaurants.
My room was quite small and it had no windows that could be opened. The bathroom was not properly separated from the room. There was also no ventilation in the bathroom or the room.

The location was very convenient for exploring. It was close to Plaza Mayor. I also enjoyed the fresh orange juice at breakfast each morning. The staff were helpful with directions.
The room was quite small for the price. The street was noisy at night. I could hear other guests through the thin walls. The bathroom lacked counter space.

the location is great it is in a vibrant area with many options. the staff was helpful with luggage storage after checkout which i appreciated.
the room was quite small it barely fit the bed and a small table. the noise from the street was noticeable especially late at night it made it difficult to fall asleep quickly.

the room i had was quite small it felt a little cramped. i also noticed the walls seemed thin. i could hear noise from the hallway and nearby rooms. it made it difficult to relax during the day and sleep soundly at night.
