I found the bus transfer to the masjid al-haram convenient with departures every 30 minutes. The free shuttle service provided timely transportation for pick-ups and drop-offs. Breakfast was also pretty good, with various dishes to choose from (i liked the omelets).
The lights were flickering. I felt a bit uneasy, so i ended up checking out early. The location just did not suit me.

The room had an up-to-date design and was adequately maintained. Housekeeping maintained great cleanliness standards . The room also included accessories, such as an ironing board and a functional hairdryer.

The staff exhibited a friendly and helpful attitude, ready to assist guests with requests. Front desk ladies were quick and very efficient, made check-in very smooth. Staff provided prompt shuttle services regularly.

The staffs were very cooperative, and they provided every requirement including iron box.
The bathroom door didn't lock. A minor inconvenience, though irritating. Toilet leaked all the time, such a waste of water. I requested a clean room in the morning, but my room wasn't cleaned by the evening.

the room was very clean with high standard accessories. the bed was cozy. i found the staff proactive in maintaining cleanliness and replacing towels. the hotel is near many restaurants, with a variety of options available around the clock. the breakfast area was well-organized, and the food choices were good.
the card access to the room caused problems daily. i had to get it fixed at reception.

the staff was helpful. they accommodated guests' needs. a young girl at reception was very polite and helpful. she also arranged early check in for me. i appreciate this.

the hotel is approximately a 10-minute walk from masjid al-haram. taxis are available 24/7 near the hotel. these taxis provide easy access to masjid al-haram and masjid al-aisha miqat. this was useful.

Check-in was simple. My room, a Twin Room Non-Smoking, was acceptably clean for my 4-night stay. I found many restaurants and shops conveniently located near the hotel. The availability of a shuttle bus to and from Masjid Haram was beneficial.

The hotel's location allowed for a relaxed walk to the Masjid area, approximately 8-10 minutes. It is near Jarwal Bus Station, allowing quick transport to the airport or Madinah. Many restaurants and shops nearby added extra convenience.
