spacious roomsdaily cleaning
the hotel is close to the masjid. spacious rooms was cleaned daily.
room furniture was a little dangerous with loose glass on the side tables not fixed properly.

the hotel location was acceptable , close to haram.
the room was outdated and felt unhygienic. the toilet seat had scratches all over it. sleeping on the bed reminded me of sleeping on a log and the pillows were hard. the bathroom had random marks that seemed wipable , but were never cleaned.

a decent hotel nearby

the hotel's location is convenient. it is a short walk to masjid nabwi's gate, about four minutes. i found the restaurant inside the hotel had decent food at reasonable prices. the chicken biryani and fish with fries were good. they offer room service too.
reception check-in was not smooth for me. the receptionist seemed inexperienced, and the process was slow. also, there were odd alarm sounds that kept ringing at night. it was disruptive.
