the hotel's location was very convenient for exploring. the staff at the reception were friendly. i found the food downstairs quite good. the room was well-designed.

I was happy with the staff's helpful attitude. They provided directions to local attractions. the room included bottled water, a coffee maker, and a selection of teas, which i found thoughtful. i also appreciated the very clean and spacious bathroom. the beds felt very fresh.

the location was central. it was across from eyre square and close to amenities. there were instructions in the room, these explained the ac operation and the coffee machine.
the breakfast selection was somewhat limited.

The reception staff was very pleasant. Breakfast offered a good selection of items. The location was central, close to many shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the traditional décor (it really gave a sense of place).
The room faced the street, so there was some noise at night. The bathroom was a bit small and lacked counter space.
