Decent Stay with a Few Hiccups
excellent location amazing views broken toilet seat loud noise
The hotel's location is excellent. It is close to the sea and the main promenade. The views from the 8th-floor terrace are amazing (I spent a lot of time up there).
My toilet seat was broken. I found the noise from staff and other guests quite loud. I could hear entire conversations sometimes.

Central Stay with Great Transport Links

The hotel is centrally located. A bus stop sits right outside, allowing easy transportation. I found restaurants located downstairs very convenient (i ate there twice). The rooftop pool was great.
The pillows provided felt too firm. I requested alternative pillows, but the reception did not have any.

Breakfast had a good selection, providing ample choices. Coffee tasted quite good. It was a strong start to the day. The downstairs restaurants offered various cuisines. Italian was my favourite.

The hotel benefits from a very central location. The bus stop outside gave simple access to various parts of the island. The ferry terminal to Valletta is approximately a 15 minute walk.

attentive staff quick resolution rooftop terrace
The staff were attentive to requests. I appreciated a quick resolution when I asked for an extra pillow, it arrived promptly. The location offered convenient access to nearby shops. The rooftop terrace provided expansive views. I found it a highlight.
The elevator could be slow during peak hours.
