The location was convenient with a bus stop right outside. I found several restaurants and shops nearby (very useful!).

The floor in my room was not cleaned . there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain (i hope they fix it).

WE booked the penthouse suite! I was amazed by the private roof terrace with jacuzzi! It was great to use the built-in lights at night and unwind after going out. The location is also great, near many clubs and restaurants. The largest beach in Valletta (St George's Bay) is a walk away.

I noticed the furniture was low quality! The coffee machine smelled bad and I couldn't use it. The shower also leaked water. It was ALWAYS full!

The staff at the front desk was very responsive! They were helpful to my needs, assisting with directions and recommendations. Room service was also consistent, with daily cleaning meeting my expectations.

The apartment was very spacious, with a comfortable bed with nice pillows! A large living area also had a well-equipped kitchenette, giving more space. Blackout curtains ensured a dark room at night.

The hotel boasts a super location. The staff was very nice and they were helpful. They also gave us free wine. It.

Our room were near the backyard and some one was smoking there all the time. We could not open the window for it. It not cleaned by anyone. They just changed the towels.

the staff was very friendly and always willing to help, i appreciated that. the location was excellent, really close to many restaurants and public transport was so easy to use.

the breakfast room was in the basement, it had no windows. this area get SO crowded at times. i also noticed the rooftop pool was small.

The location was convenient (close to bus stops). The provided room was quite spacious on the 6th floor and included everything I needed. It was perfect for my short stay. I even received a complimentary upgrade when I arrived.

My room lacked daylight due to a small window facing a narrow air shaft. The air conditioning was rather noisy. the Internet connection was of poor quality. I was hoping for a better experience in these areas.
