excellent stay near the arc
great communicationearly check-inmaintained room
the staff communicated well . i arrived early and my room was ready so i checked in early. the room was very clean and well maintained. it was cleaned on the second day even though i hadn't requested housekeeping.
the room was a little crowded with unnecessary wardrobes.

the location is excellent since public transport is very convenient. the hotel is near the arc de triomphe. many restaurants and shops are just outside the hotel, including a bar that is open 24/7.

the front desk employees are so nice and helpful. i can easily get to metro, buses, and taxis because the location is great. we had a beautiful double or twin room, it had everything we needed.
The room was very cold and the radiator did not work properly. a technician came, but the radiator remained unfixed. they gave us two small fan heaters. They gave me a headache.

the staffs were so kind. they helped me navigate the city and gave great advice on local cafes. the breakfast was simple but very satisfying. it gave me the energy needed for exploring each day. the location was perfect, very close to many attractions. i walked to places with ease. this hotel really did enhance my visit.
the room was a little small. space for luggage was limited and moving around was a little difficult. often i had to wait for the next one because it got full fast. the soundproofing in the room wasnt great. i hear noises from the street and other rooms, this made sleep a little challenging.
