The location was convenient. It was near Stratford station. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean (I appreciated that). Though the space was tight, everything needed was available.
The room faced the street, so it was quite loud even at night. The windows did little to block the traffic noise. There was no hairdryer in the room (it was listed in the amenities).

i found free parking right outside, a bonus! the location is close to the tube station and westfield centre. my room included a private bathroom. i appreciated the fan, it definitely helped during the warm weather.

I found the staff kind and helpful. They were always approachable. our room included coffee, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. the location is excellent. The tube station is just a short walk away, and there are many local stores nearby. this hotel definitely offers value for the money!
The curtain in my room did not fully cover the window, so some light entered. also, the bed. I would have loved a more silent bed frame.

the LOCATION was convenient to shops , bars and restaurants.
the handle on the inside of the bathroom door WAS broken , so i couldn't shut it completely. our downstairs bedroom faced the front of the building , and passersby could see directly inside. i wished there were net curtains, so i could open the curtains without sacrificing PRIVACY.
