helpful staff complimentary drinks easy access
The staff was friendly and helpful, especially regarding local transportation! there was a 24/7 station with complimentary hot drinks and oat cereal bars. Such a great touch. the location offered easy access to public transport. Made getting around simple.
the window handle was a bit broken, so it was difficult to shut it completely

pleasant surprise near stratford station
smooth check-in clean room complimentary snacks convenient location
Check-in was quick and straightforward. the room was clean and quiet, located next to romford road. i appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee and snacks. A nice touch. stratford station is within walking distance at only 5-7 minutes. Convenient for travel.
the sinks lacked hot water. there was barely a drip of cold. this was an inconvenience.

A well-stocked tea and coffee station was available at all times, offering multiple varieties. Very helpful for morning starts. additionally, numerous restaurants and takeaways are located within walking distance of the premises. Handy for meals.

friendly staff decent bed clean shower hospitality gesture
the staff were very friendly , pleasant , and accommodating. i needed a bed to crash for the night, and the room was basic. the bed was decent and the room and shower were clean , which was sufficient for me. the complimentary tea and coffee were a good gesture of hospitality.

the room was warm and clean, with decent carpets and efficient space use with a desk. it provided ample space for luggage and a comfortable bed. the bathroom was compact but clean, and soft towels with a white bath mat were available.

convenient location spacious room supportive staff
I found the location super convenient near the metro station! The room was spacious and had two beds, great for spreading out. The hotel staff was supportive and even helped carry my heavy bags to my room!

uncomfortable bed damp bathroom
the location had convenient access to public transportation.
the room felt quite worn. the bed was not comfortable and i could hear noise through the walls. also, the bathroom had an odd smell and some dampness.

great location tea selection friendly staff
i had great time here! location is very good, so close to the station. i loved that the reception had plenty of tea, coffee selection, and snacks, it was such a big plus! the staff were friendly too, so accommodating.
