loved the location and clean room
perfect location clean room great value powerful shower
I loved the hotel's location near the port and tram station. Traveling from the airport was so easy. the room was very clean, a huge plus for me. it was nice that the window opened, letting in fresh air. Great value for where it is. the shower was powerful. I like that.
the heating was not working and the staff mentioned it was completely turned off, even though it was april. we were a bit cold that night.

reception staff were super friendly and efficient, i checked in early. they were always ready to help with a smile, it made a big difference. the breakfast staff worked hard too.

Solid Stay Near the Port
excellent location tasty croissant helpful staff
The location proved advantageous, providing easy access to local dining. Breakfast included tasty croissants and yogurt. I did enjoy it. The staff helped me despite my minimal French. I really appreciated that. Underground parking offered convenient storage for my vehicle.
The room I stayed in felt quite small and also. The bathroom was really tiny. Air conditioning did not perform very well and, thick duvets were available in summer! That resulted in some nights being uncomfortable

Clean Rooms and Great Location
convenient location fresh towels relaxing atmosphere
The location was convenient with quick access to nearby attractions. The room had daily cleaning and fresh towels. The artisanal pub downstairs offered a relaxing atmosphere in the evenings (I enjoyed trying the local craft beers).
I have no complaints regarding my experience.

The location worked out well for me. The hotel is central, yet it was still relatively quiet at night. The breakfast had a generous food offering, and the service was attentive. It was a great start to each day..
My room was quite small. It was a bit uncomfortable and there was not much space for luggage. the bathroom was tiny, with limited counter space.

Great Location and Helpful Staff
convenient location friendly staff breakfast buffet fresh croissants
I found the location very convenient. It was easy to reach the port and Castle Hill. The staff were FRIENDLY and always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. I especially enjoyed the Malo yogurt and fresh croissants.
The parking garage was VERY narrow. Maneuvering my car inside was a bit challenging.

The staff quickly switched to fluent English when they noticed my limited French. They were very helpful with directions. I appreciated their willingness to assist with any questions I had about local attractions. Their positive attitude added to my stay.

The hotel is close to the port. Colline du Chateau is within walking distance. Garibaldi Plaza is also nearby for several lunch options. I found the area safe and easy to navigate at any time.
