I loved the hotel's location near the port and tram station. Traveling from the airport was so easy. the room was very clean, a huge plus for me. it was nice that the window opened, letting in fresh air. Great value for where it is. the shower was powerful. I like that.

the heating was not working and the staff mentioned it was completely turned off, even though it was april. we were a bit cold that night.

The location proved advantageous, providing easy access to local dining. Breakfast included tasty croissants and yogurt. I did enjoy it. The staff helped me despite my minimal French. I really appreciated that. Underground parking offered convenient storage for my vehicle.

The room I stayed in felt quite small and also. The bathroom was really tiny. Air conditioning did not perform very well and, thick duvets were available in summer! That resulted in some nights being uncomfortable

The location was convenient with quick access to nearby attractions. The room had daily cleaning and fresh towels. The artisanal pub downstairs offered a relaxing atmosphere in the evenings (I enjoyed trying the local craft beers).

The location worked out well for me. The hotel is central, yet it was still relatively quiet at night. The breakfast had a generous food offering, and the service was attentive. It was a great start to each day..

I found the location very convenient. It was easy to reach the port and Castle Hill. The staff were FRIENDLY and always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. I especially enjoyed the Malo yogurt and fresh croissants.

The parking garage was VERY narrow. Maneuvering my car inside was a bit challenging.
