The location is great because the DLR overground is right next door. The underground station is only 200 yards away. There is a convenience store across the street. The room included a toilet and a shower.

Honestly, the cleanliness was a real letdown. I spotted some mold in the bathroom. The staff weren't winning any awards for friendliness. They didn't even acknowledge me at reception most of the time.

the location proved to be excellent (it made getting around so easy). supermarkets and quick dining spots are conveniently close by. the staff were friendly, always ready with a smile. i found the room quite spacious, offering ample space to relax.
the window was a bit difficult to fully close.

the cafe next door was fabulous (i loved their pastries) and offered convenient access to delicious food. i found the location good for transport, with easy access to the dlr.
i found a lot of dust in the room and it smelled a bit musty. the shower was a cramped space (which was a shame).

The room came with a separate kitchen area, which I found useful for preparing small meals. I appreciated that a convenience store was just across the road from the hotel. The hotel is located very close to the DLR, easy for getting around.
The room door jammed, and it was not easy to open or close it.
